Unity Game & XR Developer building immersive 2D, 3D, and VR experiences. Currently crafting VR training simulations for Meta Quest and shipping award-winning game jam projects on the side.

I'm a Unity Developer based in Nablus, Palestine, with a Computer Engineering degree from An-Najah National University. My work spans the full range of Unity development β from VR training simulations for Meta Quest 2 & 3 at Intertech, to leading 2D game development at TWW Studio, to rapid game jam prototypes that have placed in international competitions. I specialize in gameplay programming, XR interaction systems, performance optimization, and turning creative concepts into polished, playable experiences. I'm driven by the intersection of creativity and code β solving tough design challenges and building games that leave a lasting impression.

What I do
End-to-end 2D and 3D game development in Unity β gameplay programming, AI behavior, animation systems, UI/UX, and the polish that turns a prototype into something worth playing.
Immersive VR experiences for Meta Quest 2 & 3 using XR Interaction Toolkit and Hurricane VR. Hand presence, physics-based interactions, haptics, and full educational training simulations.
Building complete, playable games in 36β168 hours under jam constraints. Award-winning entries at Gaza Sky Geeks, Game Zanga, and Brackeys β owning every system from mechanics to UI to ship.
Profiling and optimizing for mid-range hardware and standalone VR β draw calls, lighting, object pooling, LOD, and the careful engineering that keeps frame rates locked at 60+.

Gaza Sky Geeks Game Jam 2025
Won 2nd Place Overall and Best UI/UX & Player Experience for Cards and Sacrifices, a 2D adventure deck-builder built solo in 36 hours. Recognized for gameplay design, narrative integration, and polished player experience.
Game Zanga 13
Ranked Top 10 out of 170+ games at the largest Arabic game jam (650+ participants) for Zengo & Rengo, a co-op 2D puzzle platformer built in 72 hours. Most-rated game in the jam.
Brackeys Community
Lead Programmer on Arena Guardians β built every system from scratch (cards, AI, combat, waves, economy) in one week with no external assets. Shipped a polished WebGL build with mobile touch controls.

320-hour intensive backend internship building a full task-management system in Java and Spring Boot β RESTful APIs, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security with JWT, and microservices architecture.
TWW Studio Β· Bahrain (Remote)
Leading development of a 2D Unity game β owning core mechanics, game flow, interactions, and technical architecture. Implementing C# gameplay systems including player controls, enemy AI, and game states; building Animator Controllers and animation state machines for responsive character behavior; creating tilemap-based levels with Unity 2D palettes for efficient level design; reviewing programmer tasks; and collaborating with artists, animators, and sound designers using Plastic SCM, Miro, and Unity Profiler.
